So I went to Detroit this weekend.

Friday 6/22 -
Two of our Dave Ryan Show listeners (and two of my all time favorite people) David and Lisa picked me up at the airport and then took me for a drink!! It was SO nice to see them, even if it was just for a short period of time.
I put a video of us on my Instagram story, but forgot to take an actual pictures. Please observe this photo of us taken almost a year ago when they visited MN.
They took me to meet up with my friend & then we headed into the city.
Saturday 6/23 -
We both had work to do Saturday, so I spent the late morning/early afternoon at Channel 95.5. It was really cool to see another iHeart!
After work was lunch (forgot to take photos).
We ended up at the hotel bar & I obviously got an old fashioned because I have a problem.
Sunday 6/24 -
Sunday was for exploring Detroit. We had brunch at Townhouse, it was super tasty and the vibe was really cool there! I really wish those chicken and waffles were mine... #regret
My flight wasn't until 5:30P so we killed some time at the casino...
...and took this, good?, picture of the only part of Detroit I could recognize. Fun fact, did you know that directly behind me in this photo is a bridge to Canada?? Like Canada is just on the other side of the river... and I forgot to bring my passport. Whoops.
