2020 has delivered virtually NOTHING of value since it arrived on the scene 11 months ago, but THAT could change.
Lifetime has a "mini movie" on the way, starring MARIO LOPEZ as a young and sexy Colonel Sanders as in Kentucky Fried Chicken's Colonel Sanders. It's called "A Recipe for Seduction", and it premieres Sunday at noon.
There's a online, and the caption says, quote, "A young heiress contends with the affections of a suitor handpicked by her mother.
"When the handsome chef, Harland Sanders, arrives with his secret fried chicken recipe and a dream, he sets in motion a series of events that unravels the mother's devious plans.
"Will our plucky heiress escape to her wintry happily ever after with Harland at her side, or will she cave to the demands of family and duty?"
At one point in the trailer, one of the characters drops this CLASSIC line, quote, "Secret's out, chicken man!"
The movieis15 minutes long, and it's basically a longer version of KFC's recent ad campaigns, which have cast various celebrities as the Colonel.
Mario also stars inan ACTUAL Lifetime original Christmas movie called "Feliz NaviDAD", which will air after the debut of "A Recipe for Seduction".
